ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT (EICR)
An electrical installation condition report is a test of a properties fixed wiring to see if it meets current regulations (bs7671).
This is the report landlords will now need due to the coming change in legislation for privately rented properties. The report will highlight issues that require amending to meet british standards. The report also details the circuits in use with cable type, size and capacity.

INSTALLATIONS

Our registered electricians can install, extend and adapt all parts of your electrical systems, including circuit breakers, circuit boards, earthing ports, bonding within consumer units, fuse boards, structured cabling and transformers. We carry out installations and replacements of new light fittings and switches, and are able to design and install new lighting systems in both domestic and commercial premises. Once one of our electricians has completed works, they will issue you with an electrical installations certificate to confirm the work complies with the wiring requirements of British Standard BS 7671.
FAULT FINDING
Our electricians can carry out test inspections, diagnosis and fault finding on electrical systems and are fully qualified, complying with all the latest requirements and regulations to ensure that your work is done to the highest standard. Using the latest equipment to trace faults enables our electricians to repair faults quickly. Once the engineer has carried out the inspection they will provide a report detailing any faults and recommendations for remedial works.

I called Aaron on a Sunday following a fault with my electric shower. He gave me some emergency tips and put my mind at rest, then came out the following day. He fitted me in last minute and at the end of his working day (thus eating into his family time) but spared no time or efforts to fix the shower and make sure everything was legal and safe.
